The Arte y Pico Award

What is the Arte y Pico Award you ask?
Well, it originated here at Arte Y Pico blog, And Loulee awarded me last week! :)

The Rules are as follows....

1. Pick 5 blogs that you consider deserving of this award for their creativity, design, interesting material, and also contribute to the blogging community, no matter what language.

2. Each award has to have the name of the author and a link to his/her blog to be visited by everyone.

3. Each award winner has to show the award and put the name and link to the blog that presented her/him with the award.

4.The award winner and one who has given the prize have to show the link of Arte Y Pico blog so everyone will know the origin of this award.

5. To show these rules.

So now to pick 5 of you who fit the criteria, not an easy task...as i am inspired by all of the folks in my list of favorite blogs!

1. Kate at Kates Quilting and Fibre Arts Blog. She's "Super Mom" to 3 kids, and still manages to create a multitude of fibre arts, run swaps, and also blogs each day with fun reads!
2. Lynda at Master of Patience?. A Belly Dancer, that creates many beautiful quilts for charity, and even teaches quilting! She was also my first blog visitor :)
3. Tonya at Lazy Gal Quilting. I love her quilting style...colorful, fun, and unique! Plus she is a sci fi/fantasy movie and tv buff...gotta love that!
4. Melissa at Honey Bee's Bliss. Many wonderful tutorials for crazy quilting thread and ribbon embroidery...and her work is gorgeous!
5. Annette at Thread Addict. A site i discovered recently, and glad i did! Her work is wonderful and she is always making something new!

Well, choosing only five people was very tough!
I sure hope you participate, but if you dont, i understand :) Sometimes life gets a little too busy!
