We got this little mushroom kit from Bob and Rachel during Rogue Camp, and they sprouted this week! Once you harvest these mushrooms, you cut open the other side of the box and grow more. We sauteed these little oyster mushrooms up in a little butter and garlic and they were fantastic! If you share your photo on their facebook page, they will send a box to the school of your choice! Looks like my preschoolers will be enjoying some mushrooms very soon! :) Heres the link if you're interested...
