CLP vs Lincoln

 The girls had their first away game tonight at Lincoln MS.  They played two dynamite games and won them both!  Jordyn scored almost a dozen points for her team with her serves, so that was fun to watch.  GO Pirates!!!

Volleyball and Fire ~

 Another volleyball game...they won one and lost one, but they were both close games!  Grandpa Bear came to see her play, so she was excited to have a fan club!  With the fires going on all over the place, the sunset was gorgeous, if not a bit eerie! Enjoy the photos!

First Volleyball Game ~

 Jordyn played her first volleyball game tonight.  They lost both games, but it was close and very exciting. 

 Jordyn has a pretty mean serve and scored several points for her team.  Justin and I were so proud!

 Andrea and Willow are managers of the team, so they got to flag the game.  Jordyn loves having her friends close by!  I look forward to watching her grow as a volleyball player as the season progresses.

Muffalettas and a Concert ~

Got home this afternoon and brought home lunch all the way from the Central Grocery Store in New Orleans...Muffalettas and some Chee Wees! The family was very excited! Then they headed off to Jordyn's very first concert with Grandpa Bear to the 50th anniversary tour of Yes...while also celebrating Justin's 50th birthday, which was yesterday. Happy Birthday Justin!!! We love you! Have fun at the show!

Packing my bag ~

I'm packing my bag...or at least trying to...someone wont let me.  Getting excited to be taking off for a girls weekend to New Orleans Labor Day weekend.  Better pack the glitter and tutu....good times ahead!

Harley Man ~

Justin has been tinkering with this bike for a while now and it's never run since I've known him, but today he came cruising out of the garage and into the meadow on this thing.  Its a 1968 Harley, same age as us.  Just in time for his 50th birthday next weekend! 

Volleyball Pirate ~

 So excited for Jordyn...she made the school volleyball team!!! Today Grandpa Bear is taking her shopping for Volleyball gear! Congrats sweetheart...way to work hard!  I can't wait to go watch you play!<3 span="">
