Spring Fever is upon us...though "Spring" is still a few months away for us canyon folk :( Regardless, i couldnt help myself, and had to buy some new flowers for the garden. I can stare at these and dream of a colorful garden, while i watch it snow tonight (thats right...we have a storm warning for this evening thru Friday).
Meanwhile, enjoy these photos from the last seven days...

Jordyn had fun playing with Archer on Tuesday...they played outside all afternoon, and then came in to build and destroy this castle.

Daddy and Jordyn having some fun in the sandbox.

Spooky, being born in October, has no idea what awaits her this summer...but she is certainly enjoying this warmer weather!

On one of the cooler days, we enjoy some activities inside...a fashion show for Jordyn and her dolls...

and even her dino gets a warm coat of playdoh, because, as Jordyn says..."its chilly out and she needs a coat".

Hot Wheels are always entertaining...watch out for Catzilla!

and here is a colorful stack of I-spy squares i received from a swap on about.com this week. I love these swaps...and now have a nice selection to put together a quilt for Jordyn. (and several other kiddos too :)

This block was made from a pattern on
Marcia Hohn's Quilters Cache site...it will be made into a comfort quilt with other kitty cat blocks from women around the states for a quilting friend on about.com in need of some love and comfort right now. The face was hand stitched to add a little character to the cat :)

and i saved this for last...as im sure Justin and i are the last 2 people to finally go see this movie...Avatar in 3D. Lots and lots of eye candy...colorful, exotic, and beautiful! The story was fun...nothing new, but entertaining nonetheless...However, the graphics were lovely and made the film TOTALLY worth seeing on the big screen and in 3D! It has been ages since we went to the theater...in fact the last time we went, i was 9 months pregnant with Jordyn and we saw the DaVinci Code...thats how long its been...so this was an excellent choice for our introduction back into the theater world :) Cheers~
